ALL DIGITAL is a pan-European association based in Brussels, representing more than 100 member organisations that work with 25,000 digital competence centers, providing training and advice to 2.3 million people in Europe every year. Its aim is to enable the Europeans without basic digital skills to exploit the opportunities created by digital transformation. ALL DIGITAL promotes methodologies & certifications, facilitates partnerships among members & stakeholders, organises events and awareness raising campaigns, implements projects and surveys. The association also contributes to EU policy in the fields of skills, employment, social and economic inclusion, social innovation, Digital Single Market by policy papers and targeted communication.
European Association of Service providers for Persons with Disabilties (EASPD)

Promoting equal opportunities for people with disabilities through effective and high-quality service systems. EASPD has 8 working groups (member forums): education; early childhood intervention; arts and culture; employment; policy impact; technology; workforce development and funding of social services.

Hellenic Open University - DAISSy

Hellenic Open University (HOU) - DAISSy is the only Greek State University that offers formal and non-formal lifelong education, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Its training methodology combines distance learning with principles of adult education, relies heavily on digital material and virtual meetings and uses online training platforms and tools. HOU offers the MSc course “Pervasive and Mobile Computing” which includes topics such as wireless networks, mobile computing, pervasive applications, the Internet of Things (IoT), and smart environments (homes, cities, vehicles, energy grids, etc.) interacting with IoT.
